This was the first firm where I began my architectural career, with a focus on custom home design and ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). I gained valuable experience meeting directly with clients and translating their ideas into thoughtful, functional designs. One of my main goals at this firm was to build a standardized template for each project type to streamline their process. The main program used here was Revit. I ended up leaving this firm due to COVID-19 reducing their operations.

ocean view units (2020)
These units were part of a new residential development planned for the Pismo Beach area. I contributed to the overall site layout, interior floor plans, and provided drafting support throughout the design process.

torres secondary dwelling (2019)
This project was a secondary unit added to an existing home, designed to include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a two-car garage. I assisted with space planning, layout development, and drafting, and I was also responsible for creating the electrical plan to meet code requirements and client needs.
