After transitioning from architecture into HVAC, I joined BMA Mechanical+. This is a firm known for its commitment to energy and water efficiency, cutting-edge design solutions, and client-focused project delivery. During my time there, I gained valuable experience designing mechanical systems for projects of varying scale.
I strengthened my skills in Revit and AutoCAD by implementing system layouts and producing detailed design sheets. One of my key contributions involved analyzing performance data from HVAC units, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions, such as optimizing the use of outside air over recirculated air to reduce energy consumption.
In addition to design work, I was entrusted with higher-level tasks, including organizing the firm’s project history within Microsoft platforms. This effort supported internal process improvements and allowed the team to identify performance trends across past projects.
